Participants Must be able to use stairs (no elevator, sorry).
This is a 15 series of 45-50 minutes much gentler and slow paced class and where props such as chairs, wall, straps will most likely be used; with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, mental focus, breaths and more – a full body work out.
