Dog Painting Party

Dog painting party! In celebration of my dog’s anniversary, I will be hosting a doggo date party at Waggin Trail dog park in North Kansas City. I will provide limited people drinks and food, along with dog friendly treats! There will be dog safe tempra paint and paper and limited paint brushes if you wish to make paw prints or just paint something yourself. Perhaps collab with your dog! This is a socially engaged performance art piece I am doing for my studies at the Kansas City Art Institute. There is no entry fee, but is suggested to donate some snacks. You do not have to have a dog to join us, everyone is welcome. My main goal is to connect with dog lovers in the Kansas City area and cataylze conversation about how dogs and art bring joy to our busy and stressful lives. This event is subject to weather conditions, if it is abnormally terrible outside, I raincheck this event to a different day. If this event is a success, I might host one every month so bring your friends and have fun.
