Chef Rachel Rinas will be smoking a whole hog and seasonal veggies for tacos (with the best Yoli Tortillas)! You can pre-order a taco plate now to secure your food and save a couple bucks! We will have single tacos and sides available the day of.

– Martyrs: French Saison (brewed in 2021)
– Transfigured Martyr: Brett Saison aged 19 months
– Lucie: Wild Barrel-Aged (17 months) Brett Saison
– Anna: Brett Saison with Apricot
– AnnaLucie: Wild Barrel-Aged Brett Saison with Apricot
– name TBD: fresh French Saison (brewed in 2023)
– Matching Animal Tattoos: Crane Brewing collab: Sour Golden Ale blended with Sake and fermented with wild mixed cultures. We aged this beauty in bourbon barrels and chardonnay barrels then blended them together for an amazingly funky sake-saison-esque beer. Available on tap and in bottles.
– Two versions of a raw ale fermented with two different sourdough starters (names TBD)
