With a heavy heart the race committee has made the tough decision to cancel this year’s in-person race and will only be offering a virtual race in 2020. We know many of you will be disappointed, and we share that feeling.
The in person race event may be cancelled; but, you can still “join” us by completing your own personal Virtual Dash. A virtual dash is easy, between now and August 8th complete a 5k or 1mi walk (on you honor!), and you’ll receive a medal and Flash Dash mask. We’ve updated our RunSignup page (flashdashkc.com) with all the Virtual Dash details.
