Mask ordinance goes into effect for North Kansas City

On Wednesday, after a Tuesday night emergency session to catch North Kansas City mask policy up with the surrounding KCMO (and State of Kansas) mask requirement orders, Mayor Don Stielow instituted a mask requirement order for people entering and moving about the interior of public-facing businesses. Panic Fest Returns With Films to Thrill and Delight

Horror, sci-fi, and thriller film fans gather once again for Panic Fest, the annual film and live event festival running from January 24-30 at Screenland Armour in North Kansas City. After six years in North Kansas City, Grain to Glass closes its doors

Grain to Glass, a North Kansas City homebrew supply shop and craft beer bar, plans to close on January 31st. Owner Jennifer Helber first opened Grain to Glass in the River Market in August of 2012 in a corner of the Market 3 bodega along 3rd Street.
